she has the sweetest most infectious laugh and a smile that can light up any room, this mama to be is going to rock motherhood.
i’ve been there from engagement to wedding and now almost baby, it’s reasons like this that i keep my client base small. having a personal relationship with each of my couples means i am there for them to celebrate all of their adventures, milestones, and greatest moments.
photography is the best.

One of my last weddings of 2013… boy was it a tear jerker (but so were the last 3 weddings of the year)
i’m not sure what the deal was, but my last 3 weddings had tears every where, starting with the grooms.
now don’t be lame… these were happy tears (i know some of you out there thought you had a real slick “ball and chain, game over, etc” lame joke that ran through your head as soon as i said the tears started with the grooms… save it.
these tears started with the first look, michelle told me she would be able to keep it together, alvaro however would be a mess… he was… but so was she.
why so many tears?
let me tell you a little about these two.
michelle is your no nonsense kind of mama, her children come first over anything and anyone.
she made this very clear to alvaro from the start of their dating.
i’m fairly certain that is one of the main reasons he fell for her.
he in return welcomed her children as his own
promising in his vows to love them as his own, not replacing their father but asked to have a separate place in their hearts for him, to be a friend to them, a caregiver, and someone that they could always turn to.
he promised to love their mom and to always provide for her.
it was perfect.
i’m so thankful that i had the opportunity to capture the start of an incredible relationship
i can’t wait to watch their family grow… literally actually… i just found out they are due with their first child in august!
since i’m the world’s biggest blog slacker i should post their engagement photos as well… i figure better late than never, right?
they’ll be posted at the end of this post
today, i share with you a new style of mine that i’ve been toying with.
i showed a bit of this sort of style with mark + sarah’s montana wedding
i’d say it’s a bit more relaxed.
no photo shop is used, i don’t really pose you, and it feels more like an experience rather than forced look.
let me know what you think.
they obliged (i mean who wouldn’t want free pictures, right?) ha.
and so this is them, being awesome.
here i am sitting on my computer last night uploading photo after photo thinking i could share some HUGE blog with you
i get to work this morning and only HALF of the photos uploaded.
so, enjoy this first half and i’ll get the rest posted for you tomorrow
meet: mark & sarah and their small, big sky, montana wedding!
i’ve been drooling over mark and sarah’s photos from montana for the past week.
i’ll let you drool on monday.
for now, here’s a small taste.
